Accessing ESRI’s Web Training with your UConn email

Step 1:  The URL for ESRI Web training is: https://training.esri.com.  In the upper right of the page, click to icon to sign in.  For a refresher on logging-in with your UConn email, read this: https://s.uconn.edu/ago-login.

Step 2: Online training courses can be found by searching in the Catalog.

Step 3:  To refine the search, use the search box in the top center.  Filter the results to display only Web Courses.

Step 4:  When you find a course you are interested in, look at the course availability (under the name of the Web Course).

  • If the course is listed as Publicly available, the course is open to everyone (no login required).
  • If the course is listed as Requires ESRI Maintenance Program, you will be prompted to log in with your AGO credentials (if not already logged in).
