Before contacting ESRI customer service for support, please send Rich Mrozinski an email detailing your problem.

 

If you contact ESRI directly, they will redirect you to Rich Mrozinski for initial technical support.  It is deemed ESRI needs to be contacted, he must initiate the technical support session.

 

Please feel free to browse the technical forums on ESRI’s support site.  You can diagnose an ArcGIS problem using the Knowledge Base or download the most recent Patches and Service Packs for ESRI software.
